BIEL LABS / PRIVACY
Privacy, without the mystery.
This notice describes how enquiries sent through this website are handled. Biel Labs is operated by Rokas Bielskis and can be contacted at levkos@wwwbiellabs.com.
What you share
When you use the enquiry form, you choose to provide your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your enquiry, respond to you, and discuss any project you request. We do not use it to make claims about completed work or to publish your message.
How the form works
When hosted with Netlify Forms, form submissions are processed by Netlify and available to the site owner in the hosting dashboard. Enquiry notifications may also be sent to the contact email once configured. In an offline website preview, the form simply opens your own email app; it does not send information through the website.
Your choices and rights
We keep enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond to them and handle related follow-up. You can ask to access, correct or erase personal information, or object to how it is used. Email levkos@wwwbiellabs.com.
Data protection and hosting
We use contact details to respond to your request. This is generally based on legitimate interests in dealing with enquiries or steps you ask us to take before a possible project. Hosting providers may process the information to operate the site or deliver form submissions. Where relevant, you may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the Biel Labs site does not include advertising trackers or web analytics scripts. Your hosting provider may still use essential technical processing to provide the website.
For enquiries or questions about how your personal data is handled, please contact levkos@wwwbiellabs.com.
